Were you writing to me? This is the first time I've been here, so I'm still looking around and totally lost. And all my pics seem to be JPEG, except a few that are too big to use for an avatar. Where can I find usable pics, do you know? Back to filling out all the blanks. So far I've only filled in my ZIP Code except for what's already filled in from registering. Someday, I hope to run across the signature form! Thanks for any help you can give. 
firstly ur avatar needs to be a 50x50 GIF image...
secondly most of the pics anyone uploads are JPEG...
im not sure where you can find any but u can minimise a pic u already have to 50x50 for ur avatar jus remember the GIF bit.. thats really annoying when u go to upload it and its a JPEG...
ummm, the signature is under the settings title... go to browsing and comments and ur signature bit should be in the bottom right hand corner... if any of that helps you
